PvE?

For a while now, our guild has done almost nothing but PvP ever since me rawa and ownzu came back from molten :/. Mainly because we dont have enough ppl in the guild to do any raids . And there is no way i am going to PuG a raid because of Ninjas/wipes etc. So, i was wondering, maybe we could join a bigger guild or something, or should we recruit? A lot of times, there is only like 3 people online and thats not enough to do even 5-mans :/. So... idk.. discuss.
